Nature of Services
Webelets provides digital solutions including (but not limited to):

- Branding and graphic design
- SEO and digital marketing
- Social media management
- Hosting, domain setup, and related digital support
All services are delivered based on the scope, timelines, and pricing defined in individual project proposals or agreements.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete project information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Delays in providing required content, approvals, or materials may extend the delivery timeline.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content (text, images, logos, etc.) they supply does not infringe on third-party copyrights or intellectual property.
Intellectual Property
- All creative assets, designs, and source files remain the property of Webelets until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding any open-source or third-party components used under their respective licenses.
- Webelets reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Pricing & Payments
- Prices are as mentioned in proposals, quotations, or invoices issued by Webelets.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or terms.
- Late payments may attract interest charges or suspension of ongoing services.
- All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Timelines & Revisions
- Project timelines depend on client responsiveness and feedback.
- Unless otherwise agreed, up to two rounds of revisions are included in design-based projects.
- Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur extra charges.
Third-Party Services
If you are eligible for a refund:
Webelets may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting providers, analytics tools, ad platforms).
We are not responsible for interruptions or issues arising from those external services.
Limitation of Liability
Webelets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation.
Termination
Webelets reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- The project involves illegal or unethical activities.
- The client violates these Terms & Conditions.
- Payments are delayed beyond agreed terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
