Refund Policy

Overview

At Webelets, we are committed to providing top-quality digital solutions including website design, development, branding, SEO, and digital marketing. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are accepted for our services.

Nature of Services

All services offered by Webelets are intangible and customized. Our work involves strategy, creative effort, and technical resources from the very beginning of the project. Hence, refunds and cancellations differ from those for physical goods.

Project Initiation & Payment Terms

1. Once a project is confirmed and the initial payment or full payment is made, we allocate resources and begin work.
2. Payments made toward domain, hosting, third-party tools, ad credits, or software subscriptions are non-refundable.
3. Clients are encouraged to review proposals, deliverables, and timelines carefully before making payments.

Cancellations

1. Before project initiation:
   If you cancel before work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding any transaction or administrative fees.
2. After project initiation:
   If the project has already started, refunds will be pro-rated based on the amount of work completed. For example, if 40% of the project is completed, a maximum of 60% may be refundable.
3. After completion / delivery:
   Once the project is completed and approved (or access credentials are handed over), no refund or cancellation will be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• The service has not been delivered as per the agreed timeline, and no communication has been made from our team for over 15 working days.
• The deliverables are not as described in the signed proposal or service agreement, and the issue remains unresolved after proper review.
• A technical issue (server error, data loss due to our fault) prevents delivery of the agreed work.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after project confirmation
• Delays caused by incomplete client inputs, content, or approvals
• Client’s non-responsiveness or project abandonment
• Unsatisfactory subjective preferences (e.g., “I don’t like the design style” without valid quality reasons)
• Work already delivered or submitted
• Third-party service issues (domain registrar, hosting company, ad platforms, etc.)

Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Ads, Social Media)

Due to the nature of ongoing digital marketing services, payments made for SEO, PPC, or social media management are non-refundable once campaigns are initiated, since ad budgets, research time, and creative production costs are incurred immediately.

However:

• If a campaign has not yet been launched, you may request cancellation and a partial refund within 48 hours of payment, after deducting administrative costs.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

Approved refunds will be processed within 30–40 business days through the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).

Email your request to support@webelets.com or via Whatsapp – +91-9083575652, including your order number, payment details, and reason for refund.

We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items / Costs

• Domain registration & renewal
• Web hosting plans
• Third-party software licenses
• Paid advertising costs (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Completed stages of design, development, or marketing work
• Administrative or setup charges

Service Modification or Rescheduling

Instead of requesting a refund, clients may opt to reschedule or modify the project scope (subject to availability and feasibility). Our team will assist in re-adjusting deliverables within the paid amount wherever possible.

Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises, Webelets will first attempt to resolve the issue through communication and mutual agreement.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of India, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
